Welcome to Girls Club of San Joaquin!
Girls Club is a safe, welcoming space where girls can learn to understand and appreciate their changing bodies, build confidence, practice self-love, and celebrate what it means to be a girl.
Our mission is to empower girls with accurate knowledge, healthy habits, and the confidence to navigate puberty with curiosity instead of fear. Through engaging activities, open conversations, and meaningful friendships, girls discover that they are not alone—and that growing up is something to embrace.
Led by a board-certified pediatrician, Girls Club provides medically accurate, age-appropriate education in a fun, positive, and judgment-free environment where every question is welcome. Girls are encouraged to ask, laugh, learn, and support one another while developing a healthy relationship with their bodies and growing confidence in themselves.
Designed for girls entering 3rd–5th grade, this program includes four weekly 90-minute classes that explore topics including:
*Puberty and body changes
*Female anatomy and reproductive health
*Basic male anatomy
*Emotions and friendships
*Body positivity and self-esteem
*Kindness, confidence, and resilience
Girls Club is more than a puberty class—it's an opportunity for girls to build lifelong confidence, celebrate sisterhood, and develop the knowledge and self-respect that will serve them throughout adolescence and beyond. This class is not a sex education course.
Every girl deserves to feel informed, confident, and proud of who she is.
I can't wait to help.
